Born and raised in Taiwan and now based in Chicago, she is pursuing a Master’s in Applied Data Science at the University of Chicago. With hands-on experience in higher education recruitment and the English testing industry, Cassandra has honed her skills in designing data pipelines, creating interactive dashboards, and analyzing complex datasets. As a Data Analytics Consultant, I led the design and development of student analytical reports tailored for TOEFL online tutoring lessons. I conducted training sessions for teaching assistants, equipping them with the skills to effectively utilize these reports in student mentoring. Additionally, I created and maintained comprehensive documentation for data processes and workflows, ensuring that all analytics operations were consistent, efficient, and easy to understand.

Collaborated in a team to engineer a complete data pipeline by importing over 1 million raw datasets into MySQL Workbench and normalizing them into 8 query-ready tables within a relational database. Co-designed a star schema to optimize query performance and established a live connection with Tableau for clear, interactive visualizations.
